Plug & drive principle

The plug & drive principle for all turbo loaded diesel engines and now also for all turbo loaded petrol engines.

For modern, electronically regulated turbo diesel, system experienced specialists brought in multiyear product development add-on controller to start of production. Highest priority was granted next to a technical save performance improvement the preservation of all turbo diesel typical advantages such as extreme economy, stability and unrestricted road capability. The device is connected over a vehicle specific adapter directly to the fuel injection system. In turbo loaded petrol engines, the connection takes place via the MAP sensor/e respectively petrol pressure regulator.

Turbo diesel and turbo petrol engine add-on controller for unexcelled, effective turbo-tuning at motors with electronically regulated injection. VPAC-01 with Adapter

The VPAC- 01 is suitable for all 1.9l TDI-turbo diesel from the manufacturers:

  • Audi,
  • Volkswagen,
  • Seat,
  • Skoda,
  • Ford.

Via the enclosed adapter plug, the VPAC 01 can be installed in between into the standard available hardware connection before the fuel injection (VP37). The unit works parallel to the pump signal and operates with a dynamic quantity customization. Installation time is approx. 15 minutes.

 


 

DPDC12

The DPDC12 respectively VPDC44 is a processor controlled hardware for the second generation of the distributor pump- diesel technology. Here the installation is relatively costly and should be carried out by an authorized service center. Here is also naturally programmed also motor specific. Installation time is approx. 20-40 minutes (according to vehicle).

 


 

CRDC-5II / CRDC-12

The CRDC-5 / CRDC-12 supplementary electronics operates with engine-specific programmed parameters and is used in all vehicles with common-rail technology. A fine adjustment is no longer required for this model, however it is possible by means of jumpers. The improved performance is attached with 1 original adapter plug to the injection system. Depending on vehicle, installation time is approx. 5-10 minutes.

 


 

PDDC-VAG

The PDDC-VAG supplementary electronics operates with engine-specific programmed parameters and is used in all vehicles with pump nozzle technology. A fine adjustment is no longer required for this model, however it is possible by means of jumpers. The LS is attached via the original adapted plug to the injection system and an supplementary electrical supply is connected to the battery. The PDDC-VAG is available for 3, 4 and 5 cylinder models. Installation time is approx. 15 minutes.

 


 

VPDC-MI

The VPDC-MI addition electronics was developed specially for Mitsubishi vehicles, what makes us to the nary manufacturer of digital power electronics for Mitsubishi vehicles. Also this performance improvement commands a compact programmed motor specific characteristic line. The performance improvement is connected parallel to the cable tree of the engine controller. Installation time is approx. 35 minutes.

 


 

TMDC5 / TMDC5II

 

The TMDC5 / II turbo module with processor controlling is developed especially for all new turbo loaded gasoline engines with gasoline direct fuel injection. The connection takes place like in diesel common rail engines via one respectively two original connectors to the MAP sensor respectively turbo sensor. Additional electronics controls a motor specific firmly programmed characteristic and is used in all vehicles with common rail technology. A fine tuning is no longer required in this model. Installation time approx. 10 - 15 minutes (according to vehicle).

 


 

CRDC5III ( Deliver starting at 11.2010 )

CRDC5III diesel module is manufactured in Germany with CE-Nom. TÜV approved to EMV capability and produced by ISO 9001. Microprocessor steered and fully digital. CRDC5III was developed especially for all newer diesel engines at Euro 5 or more. The connection is similar to the known common rail engines plug connection. Connection point is the rail pressure sensor. This additional control unit has an engine-specifically fixed programmed characteristic curve. Fine adjustment is not necessary needed, but possible by digital (Hex) Codier switch.

Installation time: approximately 10-15 min.

 


 

TMDC5III (Deliver starting at 11.2010)

The TMDC5III Turbocharged petrol module is manufactured in Germany with CE-Norm. TÜV approved to EMV capability and produced by ISO 9001. Microprocessor steered and fully digital. TMDC5III was developed specially for all newer turbo charged petrol engines with petrol direct injection. Connection is done like to the Diesel Common Rail engines by one- or two original plug connection. Connection points are here MAP- or turbo sensor. This additional control unit has an engine-specifically fixed programmed characteristic curve. Fine adjustment is not necessary needed, but possible by digital (Hex) Codier switch.

Installation time: approximately 10-15 min.

 


 

Mountings

All our supplementary control units are delivered with fastening material and a Goretex protection bag for supplementary protection against external influences such as humidity, dirt and salt.
